Description: 25 x 2-day collaboration skills courses run Cascade capacity building programme rolled out throughout England; Participants will getter a better understanding of the benefits of collaboration, drivers, policy context, types of collaboration, success factors for effective partnerships, how to support joint tendering and consortium development, as well as resources they can use
