Collaboration skills for development workers

Free 2-day training courses to equip people with the knowledge and skills to improve collaborative working with organisations they support 

Description: 25 x 2-day collaboration skills courses run Cascade capacity building programme rolled out throughout England; Participants will getter a better understanding of the benefits of collaboration, drivers, policy context, types of collaboration, success factors for effective partnerships, how to support joint tendering and consortium development, as well as resources they can use

Target Audience: Development workers or other workers who are in a role in which they provide support to other VCS groups
