Redundancy – ‘Weekly pay’ for calculating statutory redundancy pay for redundancies taking effect on or after 1 February goes up from £400 to £430.

Unfair Dismissal – Maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal goes up from £68,400 to £72,300.
