LSCB Annual Conference will take place on 1st July 2013 and will see the launch of revised multi-agency procedures to support the workforce to recognise the needs of children and young people living with domestic abuse and also to devise safety plans. The LSCB has adopted the Barnardo’s Domestic Violence Risk Indicator Matrix (DVRIM) and this tool is integral to these revised procedures.
