Maximum weekly pay for calculating statutory redundancy pay for redundancies taking effect on or after 6 April 2015, and other payments based on this figure, goes up from £464 to £475.
For unfair dismissals taking effect on or after 6 April 2015, the maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal is increased from £76,574 to £78,335, or 52 weeks’ of the employee’s normal pay, whichever is lower. For basic awards, the maximum is increased from £13,920 to £14,250.
