The Nationwide Foundation has funding available under two of its outcomes:
- Private rented sector
- Alternative housing models.
Under the Private Rented Sector outcome funding is available to undertake research and local work that can be replicated in order to improve the living conditions of vulnerable tenants in private rented sector homes.
Through the Alternative Housing Models outcomes, the Foundation provides funding to charitable organisations in the form of grants or social investments for work that includes the research, development, piloting and scaling up of alternative affordable housing models. Models may address:
- Increasing the availability of social housing
- Creating new routes to affordable home ownership
- Or devising new ways to provide decent, affordable housing to rent or buy.
Charitable organisations which work in either of these areas and are thinking of applying for funding should contact Gary Hartin, Programme Manager email@example.com.
Funding applications for these two outcomes can be made at any time and there is not a closing date.
