Solihull Action through Advocacy (SAtA) needs a new CEO

This organisation has recently celebrated its 25th anniversary.  The current CEO has decided to leave after 7 successful years at the helm.  The trustees are looking for new dynamic leader who can take forward the Vision and strategy of the charity to provide quality advocacy support in Solihull and beyond for people who have a learning difficulty.

We have a highly skilled and motivated staff team with a small group of volunteers.  We have provided innovative services.  We hold a local authority contract for advocacy with older people. We have an exciting strategic plan to develop the organisation and extend the organisations reach beyond Solihull.

We need a leader who is ready for a challenge to harness the organisations skills, attract funding and managing a plan to grow and expand the organisation.

If you have:

  • an excellent senior management track record
  • great fundraising and income generation results
  • experience of engaging with people who have a learning difficulties
  • passion for advocacy
  • charity experience
