Solihull Care Ltd are seeking to recruit three new non-executive board members.
Solihull Care Limited is a well-established “Not for Profit” organisation and currently provides an excellent quality Care Home with Nursing, a Domiciliary Care service, a small Day Centre and has strong links with a local Learning Disability (Charity) provider.
We are now seeking to recruit three new non-executive Board members to complement and further strengthen our existing Board.
Our Board is key to ensuring that we deliver our business plan objectives and remain fit-for-purpose for the future.
We encourage applications from a variety of backgrounds including social care, legal, finance and customer care.
Applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Empathy with our values and objectives
- A good understanding of the non-executive role
- A commitment to high standards in governance
- Good listening and communication skills
- A passion for ensuring high standards of customer service
- A good understanding of financial planning and budgetary control
- A commitment to equality and diversity
These are voluntary unpaid posts and require an undertaking to attend six Board meetings a year at our offices in Olton, Solihull; the meetings take place once every two months on Friday mornings and are usually of two hours duration.
