We have a new opportunity for a Business Support and Finance Officer to join our growing team at Relate Birmingham. We are a charity dedicated to helping people build better relationships and improve their wellbeing by providing a range of services including counselling, education, training and mediation. We operate across the West Midlands and South Staffordshire.
In this role you’ll provide business support and HR administration to the organisation and be responsible for day to day financial administration and accounts. You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive and Accountant and liaise with managers, admin team, staff, clients, external customers and suppliers, partners and funders. This post is a central role in the efficient running of our organisation and services and will also support us implement our plans to increase our use of online systems and locations.
You’ll be well-organised, with excellent IT and communication skills and you’ll enjoy having a varied role. Ideally you’ll have previous experience of the spectrum of business, hr and financial administration in a small to medium sized organisation and AAT Level 2. You’ll be comfortable working independently and also in a busy small team environment.
Based at our Birmingham, the post is 37 hours per week and annual leave will need to be arranged to accommodate payroll and other key deadlines.
