SUSTAiN Consortium

The SUSTAiN Consortium started life with 9 member organisations who came together to try and make things better for front line organisations. The original cast included Solihull Council for Voluntary Services, Solihull Council for Voluntary Youth Services, Groundwork, North Solihull Voluntary & Community Alliance, Solihull Community Foundation, Disabled Peoples Network, ReCOM and the Colebridge Trust. In addition, the Community & Voluntary Relations unit at Solihull MBC attend as advisors and supporters of what we do.

The SUSTAiN Consortium is headed up by David Mattocks as its Chair Person.

Today the Consortium includes many of the original members plus a couple of new additions.

The Consortium now comprises:

The Council’s Community & Voluntary Relations unit continues to provide a valuable advisory role.

Moving Forward

The Consortium is not intended to be a static entity. As SUSTAiN grows and needs change, the Consortium must change with it. Currently, the make up of the Consortium is being discussed and new members will join. The members will be organisations or individuals who:

  • Act as representatives for parts of the Third Sector on other groups
  • Represent a significant part of the sector or community
  • Possess key skills or have access to resources that would help achieve our aims.

If you feel you fit that criteria, contact us and we will be happy to talk to you.
