Dave Pinwell: CEO

Dave is in overall charge of SUSTAiN and Colebridge Enterprises and is tasked with ensuring that the strategic direction set by the Management Board is realised. Dave plays a key role in linking the Third Sector into the work of the Solihull Partnership and in developing links with other support organisations in the West Midlands and nationally.

Dave is based at our Central Solihull Office.

Janet Johnson: Funding Manager

A crucial member of the SUSTAiN team, Janet is responsible for securing the funding needed to deliver our plans.

Janet is based at our Central Solihull office.

Charles Rapson: Operations Manager

Charles is responsible for making sure SUSTAiN’s plans and the plans of Colebridge Enterprises are delivered on time, within budget and successfully.

Charles also has specific responsibility for delivery of a contract with the Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC) and liaison with the workforce development and implementation teams at the Children & Young People’s Trust (CYPT).

Charles can also help voluntary organisations who wish to improve Performance Management and ensure Quality in their service delivery.

Charles is based at our North Solihull office.

Claire Milican: Sector Development Manager

Claire is working to develop effective networking for Solihull’s Third Sector organisations. She is also working closely with the Solihull Partnership and the 5 strategic LAA groups to ensure the commissioning process, as it evolves, will be inclusive of the Third Sector organisations, raising awareness of the potential afforded by their involvement and supporting the Third Sector in understanding their role and the benefits of their inclusion. Claire’s role also includes supporting the development of networks and forums where organisations can come together to share ideas, solve common problems, learn best practice and work in partnership.

Martin Clarke: Business Advisor

Martin is our link to the Private Sector and promotes opportunities available to local businesses offering support to voluntary & community organisations. Solihull businesses can offer practical and useful support for Third Sector organisations of all sizes. Martin provides a brokerage service to make sure that happens.

Martin is based at our Central Solihull office.

Jayne Scarman: Marketing, PR & Communications Manager

Jayne is available to assist voluntary organisations with Marketing & Promotions and is tasked with raising the profile of the Voluntary Sector in Solihull. Jayne has developed links with the local media and can offer advice and support with press releases, promotional materials and in developing your marketing & promotions plans.

Jayne is based at our Central Solihull office.

Gulbag Singh: Community Cohesion Manager

Gul’s role is to help Solihull’s communities work together and to promote equality, diversity and inclusion in the work of the Voluntary Sector.

Gul is based at our Central Solihull office.

Manjit Johal: Community Development Officer

Manjit can help Voluntary & Community groups with governance & development support and is responsible for promoting volunteering in Solihull.

Sarah Lawrence: Project Coordinator

Sarah is here to help us monitor & evaluate our activity to ensure it is having a positive effect on your organisations and the community. Sarah will also be working on supporting the development of Performance Management & Quality standards for SUSTAiN and anyone else in the Third Sector who wants to improve.

Linda Nugent: Finance & HR

Linda is responsible for the financial control and HR policies at SUSTAiN.
